Here at Education Staffing Solutions the SEN team are dedicated to the recruitment of Special Schools, Residential Care Homes and Pupil Referral Units providing them with both experienced Teachers and Learning Support Staff.
We have plenty of professional experienced staff who are willing to work on either day to day supply, short or long term placements. Our teaching and learning support staff work across the entire spectrum of Special Needs and with all age groups.

Our Special Needs consultant (Celine Savage) will work closely with you to indentify your needs and preferences so that we can ensure that the candidates placed in your School are given an overview of what is expected from them. Identifying your individual needs is important to Education Staffing Solutions because the SEN sector is a specialised area and we thrive on providing only the best and specialised staff.
The SEN department can supply to all Special Schools across South Wales, our existing relationships with schools primarily lie in the areas of Cardiff, Caerphilly, RCT and the Vale of Glamorgan.
All candidates that are placed in any School on behalf of Education Staffing Solutions undergo a face to face interview with an experienced consultant and have a number of checks completed such as GTCW, CRB, List 99 and references.

When you register with Education Staffing Solutions you will meet your designated consultant who will immediately build a strong working relationship with you.
The SEN team are aware that you possess unique skills and experience and will utilise this to its full extent. We understand and appreciate exactly what you want e.g. available to work one day per week or five days, we will work around your availability.
We are dedicated to placing all candidates whether it be a Teacher or LSA into the perfect placement, to do this we discuss positions with Schools in detail in order to ascertain their needs therefore being able to provide them with the best possible candidate. Prior to placing you into any booking we will provide you with a full and detail brief of the placement to maximise your chances of success. Our aim is for you to build relationships with Schools as well as us.
