We offer the provision of fully qualified Early Years, KS1, and KS2 teachers, covering PPA, day to day short term, long term and permanent assignment / positions. We have a vast array of teaching staff from NQT's up to retired teachers, all of which have met the high standards required to be a Primary teacher working for Education Staffing Solutions Ltd. Further to the teaching staff we also offer Learning support assistants and NNEB's. The support staff we offer. Are all through ally checked and referenced enabling them to enhance the classes they support. We work closely with the local authorities in providing all class room support on there behalf

We also offer a unique tailor made service individual to each school we serve, we hope to develop the infrastructure and professionalism to meet the individual schools needs. Our service is focused on our consultants building and enhancing relationships with local schools with existing schools and any new schools across south and west Wales. We work very closely with local universities, highlighting the benefits of agencies and we have also appeared as guest speakers in which we provide agency knowledge within the employment sector for all graduates.

All our support staff are professional experienced individuals with a variety of skills and are always individually interviewed before being assigned a school. All personnel sent into schools have a recent Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) Enhanced Disclosure check and have been interviewed face to face by one of our Education Consultants.

Teachers

It is our policy to encourage all our registered NQT's to gain their induction whilst working for us, therefore we liaise with our schools to make this possible when longer term positions become available, we also offer all of teaching staff the option to further there continual personal development with us internally on a large range of courses that meets there needs.

Whether you are a NQT or vastly experienced we have the knowledge, contacts and opportunities to place you within one of our schools within South Wales. We strive to give all of our teachers an unparallel service; you will have a dedicated consultant who will work tirelessly to obtain you the correct placement.

We regularly assign teachers for overseas posts. Our school contacts in countries such as Norway, Spain and Australia enable us to introduce teachers to these schools, to give them the experience of a lifetime teaching abroad.
