We are now able to offer Teacher Professional Development Courses to both schools and teachers, tailored to meet the individual needs of schools. ESS now has a programme of support and training materials to aid the continuing professional development of our supply teachers.

The E.S.S Education Training Department

The aim of the Education Training department is to provide schools and teachers with access to high quality courses.

All courses involve a mixture of practical face to face sessions and on line distance learning activities.

Each course is supplemented by further resources
A core component of each course will be a teacher project related to day to day classroom practice.

The Education Training Department is headed by Peter Leech - a former Headteacher, Senior Adviser and Director of the Virtual Education Action Zone. He has decades of successful experience in both schools and colleges, including leading a school out of Special Measures.
