Directors Name: Kevin Moyes    Contact  Honours: MIRP Cert RP, CeMap, ILEX1 / 2 Position: Director Kevin has over 20 years recruitment and management experience covering the Commercial and industrial sectors, also large multi-million pound recruitment contracts, but his forte lies most notably in the Education sector, which culminated in Mark and himself founding Education Staffing Solutions Ltd in 2003. The company has grown rapidly over the last six years into one of the leading agencies in South Wales. Kevin takes responsibility for the day to day operations of the business and oversees the running of the company. Name: Mark Mitchell    Contact  Position: Director Mark has been in the recruitment industry for over ten years, specialising in the Special Needs sector for the last eight years. Due to having four years previous experience working hands on with Special Needs children and adults, Mark has found his forte utilising his inside knowledge and experience. Having built up an excellent rapport with Special Needs Schools he has been able to offer unparalleled service to both Teachers and Schools in the one of the most rewarding sectors of Education. Cardiff Office Name: Celine Savage    Contact  Honours: MIRP Cert RP Position: Branch Manager - Cardiff Celine has worked for the company since September 2006 originally working alongside Mark in the Special Needs department.  Since then she has progressed to SEN Consultant, and then to Head of Department, and more recently as Branch Manager (Cardiff), she still deals with all the Special Schools across South Wales, maintaining the excellent service we currently provide to schools and also to grow the department focusing on the supply of both experienced Teachers and Learning Support Staff. Celine also played a pivotal role in ESS Ltd obtaining the Quality Mark, this has been enhanced with her added responsibility of Internal Audits Name: Sarah Moir    Contact  Position: Head of Payroll Sarah has worked for Education Staffing Solutions Ltd since January 2006 and since that date has developed significant experience and wide-ranging responsibilities. As the Head of Payroll, Sarah processes the weekly payroll for in excess of a thousand teachers/support staff and is additionally responsible for managing all aspects of the Financial Administration Team which encompasses the credit control, sales ledger & purchase ledger functions. Sarah is a key and valued member of the Education Staffing Solutions Ltd Management Team Name: Peter Leech    Contact  Honours: B.A.Hons, PGCE Position: Head of Education Training Department Peter is a former Headteacher, Senior Adviser and Director of the Virtual Education Action Zone. He has decades of successful experience in both schools and colleges, including leading a school out of Special Measures. Peter was a teacher for 15 years before becoming a Secondary School Headteacher for 15 years in both England and Wales. During this period he led a school off the failing schools list. He then went on to become Director of the highly innovative Virtual Education Action Zone - a group of 24 primary and secondary schools following a common approach to education. When this project ended he became the Senior Advisor for Oxfordshire County Council before setting up his own Educational Training and Consultancy business. After working with schools across England and Wales in all sectors he took on the role of establishing the Education Training and Web design aspects of Education Staffing Solutions in the summer of 2008. Name: Lionel Evans    Contact  Honours: BA Education Position: School Liaison Manager - Cardiff Lionel retired from a very successful teaching career, and joined Education Staffing Solutions in 2004. During his  teaching career he was Head of the Maths department and also responsible for the hiring of permanent, contract and supply staff. Lionel is now utilising his recruitment and vast teaching knowledge to visit schools and develop or enhance existing business, enabling him to have a firm understanding of the schools requirements and ongoing needs. Lionels role with Education Staffing Solutions Ltd also involves  running the "School Invigilation Service", this has been highly successful with large comprehensive schools, with Lionel co-ordinating all of the examination cover. Finally, Lionel will visit Secondary schools from the Cardiff office, coupled with the school visits Lionel will take part in lesson observations of Secondary teachers in long term supply assignments through Education Staffing Solutions. Name: Victoria Gollop    Contact  Honours: BA Hons in Graphic Comms, MIRP Position: Secondary Consultant - Cardiff Victoria joins Education Staffing Solutions with a BA Honours in Graphic Communication and a strong sales and customer care background. Her previous roles have focused on ensuring all customers and potential customers are provided with excellent customer service. Further to this Victoria spent two years as an Entertainments Manager at a Holiday Park interacting with children of all ages. Victoria is responsible for Blaenau Gwent, Cardiff, Caerphilly, Merthyr Tydfil, Monmouthshire, Newport, Powys, Rhondda Cynon Taff, Torfaen and The Vale of Glamorgan areas, ensuring all Secondary Schools and Teachers are provided with an excellent service. Name: Charlotte Goldsworthy    Contact  Position: Primary Consultant Charlotte joins Education Staffing Solutions with over 7 years experience in sales, customer service and management positions, most recently tailoring legal document packages for barristers & accountants throughout the UK. Charlotte is responsible for Blaenau Gwent, Cardiff, Caerphilly, Merthyr Tydfil, Monmouthshire, Newport, Powys, Rhondda Cynon Taff, Torfaen and The Vale of Glamorgan areas, ensuring all primary schools, teachers & learning support staff receive an excellent level of service and support. Name: David Kemp    Contact  Honours: BSc, Cert Ed, CeMap Position: Head of Finance Training David Kemp BSc, Cert Ed, CeMap is not only a qualified teacher but has had 15 years experience as an Insurance Broker, Mortgage Adviser and Property Consultant. His guidance together with an I.T. based learning system will allow CeMap students to improve their chances of gaining a full CeMap qualification and Ce FA module 1. This will enable applicants to function more effectively within the financial services sector. Swansea Office Name: Alison Michael    Contact  Honours: MIRP Cert RP Position: Branch Manager - Swansea Alison has worked for Education Staffing Solutions since 2003, one of the original team members setting up the business. With over 20 years sales experience and the last 10 years spent in education recruitment, Alison has helped develop the Special Educational Needs and Primary Sectors. Alison is now Head of the Secondary Department which she has been responsible for since 2003, developing and maintaining the secondary business throughout South Wales, whilst delivering an excellent level of customer service. Alison is Branch Manager for the Swansea Office and is responsible for Neath Port Talbot, Bridgend, Swansea, Carmarthenshire, Powys, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire. Name: Mike Price    Contact  Honours: MPHIL, B Ed (Hons), DIP.P.S.M Position: School Liaison Manager - Swansea Mike joins Education Staffing Solutions after retiring as a head teacher with 25 years experience of headship and has worked at a senior level within the Swansea LEA on secondment; this secondment was Assistant Director of Education for Swansea. Mike brings valuable experience and education expertise to an ever growing and expanding team; he will utilize this to visit Primary schools from the Swansea office, coupled with the school visits Mike will take part in lesson observations of Primary teachers in Long term supply assignments through Education Staffing Solutions. Name: Mike Scanlon    Contact  Position: SEN Consultant - Swansea Mike joins the team with over four years experience in sales to the Education sector forging strong links with over 200 schools in South Wales. Prior to this Mike gained his interest in the Education sector whilst working with and supporting Autistic adults within there own home environment and also the community. Mike utilizes his combined experiences to support Schools, Teachers and Learning Support Assistants in the Special Needs sector covering Swansea, Neath Port Talbot, Bridgend, Carmarthen & Ceredigion. Name: Nicholas Gorvett    Contact  Position: Primary Consultant - Swansea Nick has been with Education Staffing Solutions Ltd for over six months in an Administrative role, this involved all aspects of support to the consultants. Nick then gained promotion to the role of Primary Consultant, covering Swansea & Carmarthen, due to his strong work ethic and ability to adapt to new challenges. As Nick is a fluent Welsh speaker, this will enable him to support and service the growing number of Welsh Medium schools that Education Staffing Solutions supports.
