Since then she has progressed to SEN Consultant, and then to Head of Department, and more recently as Branch Manager (Cardiff), she still deals with all the Special Schools across South Wales, maintaining the excellent service we currently provide to schools and also to grow the department focusing on the supply of both experienced Teachers and Learning Support Staff. Celine also played a pivotal role in ESS Ltd obtaining the Quality Mark, this has been enhanced with her added responsibility of Internal Audits

| Name: | Sarah Moir  Contact  | | Position: | Head of Payroll | Sarah has worked for Education Staffing Solutions since January 2006 and since that date has developed significant experience and wide-ranging responsibilities. As the Head of Payroll, Sarah processes the weekly payroll for in excess of a thousand teachers/support staff and is additionally responsible for managing all aspects of the Financial Administration Team which encompasses the credit control, sales ledger & purchase ledger functions. Sarah is a key and valued member of the Education Staffing Solutions Management Team

| Name: | Peter Leech  Contact  | | Honours: | B.A.Hons, PGCE | | Position: | Head of Education Training Department | Peter is a former Headteacher, Senior Adviser and Director of the Virtual Education Action Zone. He has decades of successful experience in both schools and colleges, including leading a school out of Special Measures. Peter was a teacher for 15 years before becoming a Secondary School Headteacher for 15 years in both England and Wales. During this period he led a school off the failing schools list. He then went on to become Director of the highly innovative Virtual Education Action Zone - a group of 24 primary and secondary schools following a common approach to education. When this project ended he became the Senior Advisor for Oxfordshire County Council before setting up his own Educational Training and Consultancy business. After working with schools across England and Wales in all sectors he took on the role of establishing the Education Training and Web design aspects of Education Staffing Solutions in the summer of 2008.

| Name: | Victoria Gollop  Contact  | | Honours: | BA Hons in Graphic Comms, MIRP | | Position: | Primary Consultant - Cardiff | Victoria joined Education Staffing Solutions in 2008 as a trainee Secondary Consultant, she quickly built excellent relationship with schools and staff and was promoted to Secondary Consultant where she has been servicing schools for the last two years. Victoria is now transferring to our Primary department and will be using her knowledge, understanding and skills to continue to develop and maintain relationships with schools and teachers.
She will be looking after the areas of Cardiff, Vale of Glamorgan, RCT, Caerphilly, Merthyr Tydfil, Blaenau Gwent, Powys, Newport, Torfaen and Monmouthshire ensuring all Primary schools, teachers and support staff receive an excellent level of service and support.

She has over 16 years recruitment experience and enjoys working with clients and candidates to build relationships and match required criteria to ensure supply staff are fully briefed, meet requirements and bring value to the placement.

| Name: | David Kemp  Contact  | | Honours: | BSc, Cert Ed, CeMap | | Position: | Head of Finance Training | David Kemp BSc, Cert Ed, CeMap is not only a qualified teacher but has had 15 years experience as an Insurance Broker, Mortgage Adviser and Property Consultant. His guidance together with an I.T. based learning system will allow CeMap students to improve their chances of gaining a full CeMap qualification and Ce FA module 1. This will enable applicants to function more effectively within the financial services sector.
| Swansea Office| Name: | Alison Michael  Contact  | | Honours: | MIRP Cert RP | | Position: | Branch Manager - Swansea | Alison has worked for Education Staffing Solutions since 2003, one of the original team members setting up the business. With over 20 years sales experience and the last 10 years spent in education recruitment, Alison has helped develop the Special Educational Needs and Primary Sectors. Alison is now Head of the Secondary Department which she has been responsible for since 2003, developing and maintaining the secondary business throughout South Wales, whilst delivering an excellent level of customer service.
Alison is Branch Manager for the Swansea Office and is responsible for Neath Port Talbot, Bridgend, Swansea, Carmarthenshire, Powys, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire.

| Name: | Mike Price  Contact  | | Honours: | MPHIL, B Ed (Hons), DIP.P.S.M | | Position: | School Liaison Manager - Swansea | Mike joins Education Staffing Solutions after retiring as a head teacher with 25 years experience of headship and has worked at a senior level within the Swansea LEA on secondment; this secondment was Assistant Director of Education for Swansea. Mike brings valuable experience and education expertise to an ever growing and expanding team; he will utilize this to visit Primary schools from the Swansea office, coupled with the school visits Mike will take part in lesson observations of Primary teachers in Long term supply assignments through Education Staffing Solutions.
