Online Course Refund Policy
Once the Online course is purchased our policy is that no refund will be issued as the product maybe downloaded once access is gained.  If you are unsatisfied with our product/service we will endeavour to offset your payment as a credit note towards our two week intensive course.

Inhouse Course Cancellation/Refund Policy
Education Staffing Solutions reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule a course.  In the event that a course is cancelled we would seek to give as much notice as possible.  Course fees will be reimbursed in full.  However, Education Staffing Solutions cannont accept liability for refunds for any expenses incurred other than the course fees.

If a delegate wishes to cancel his/her place they need to notify us in writing at least 2 weeks before the course commences.  A £25.00 administration fee will be deducted from the refund.  We regret that no refund is available for courses cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to the date of the course.

If a delegate wishes to transfer to another course date he/she must notify us in writing at least 1 week before the course commences, otherwise a £25.00 administration fee will be charged.  Please note that no requests for transfers will be accepted less than 4 days prior to the course.
