Kevin Moyes - Education Manager
Kevin has over 15 years recruitment and management experience notably
in the education sector, which culminated in Mark and himself founding
Education Staffing Solutions Ltd in 2003. Kevin takes responsibility
for the finance side of the business, coupled with business development
in secondary schools in the West Wales area.
Mark Mitchell - Education Manager
Mark has been in the recruitment industry for over five years, specialising in
the special needs sector for the last three years. Due to having four years previous
experience working hands on with special needs children and adults, Mark has found
his forte utilising his inside knowledge and experience. Having built up an excellent
rapport with special needs schools he has been able to offer unparalleled service
to both teachers and schools in the one of the most rewarding sectors of education.
Julian Evans Dip Ed – Secondary Consultant
Julian has taught in schools for over 3 years before joining us in the role of
Secondary Education Consultant. He has taught in both the primary and secondary
sector during this time. Before that Julian had a successful background in sales.
Julian decided a role as an Education Consultant would be perfect for him as he
is familiar with the day to day running of schools as well as having excellent
communication skills which are essential in his current role. Julian’s role
consists of organising supply staff on a day to day basis and developing links
with new and existing schools.
Laura Whitehouse - Primary Consultant
Laura joins the team as our primary consultant, she has extensive customer service
experience and knowledge to help her in the education sector. Her friendly, professional
and adaptable approach enables schools and teachers to maintain and enhance relationships.
Lionel Evans - Education Development Manager
Lionel has just retired from a very successful teaching career. During his time
he was Head of the Maths department and also responsible for the hiring of permanent,
contract and supply staff. Lionel is now utilising his recruitment and vast teaching
knowledge to visit schools and develop or enhance existing business, enabling
him to have a firm understanding of the schools’ requirements and ongoing
needs. Lionel’s role with Education Staffing Solutions Ltd also involves
him in the recruitment of teachers and classroom assistants throughout South Wales.
Lee Pedler - Business Development
Lee has over 5 years recruitment experience, his main role within the company
is to develop new business and assist the secondary consultant in servicing current
schools.
Sarah Moir - Senior Administrator
Sarah joins the team with a wealth of administration knowledge and experience,
her main responsibilities are the payroll of over six hundred teachers, and support
staff together with the invoicing off all clients. Sarah's responsibilities stretch
further with the management of the administration team.
David kemp - Head of Training
David Kemp BSc, Cert Ed, CeMap is not only a qualified teacher but has had 15
years experience as an Insurance Broker, Mortgage Adviser and Property Consultant.
His guidance together with an I.T. based learning system will allow CeMap students
to improve their chances of gaining a full CeMap qualification and Ce FA module
1. This will enable applicants to function more effectively within the financial
services sector.
Celine Savage - Training Co-Ordinator
Celine has come from a background where organisation and prioritising are paramount,
these skills are essential in the day to day co-ordinating of the CeMAP course.
Between David and Celine their knowledge of the best and easiest ways to get through
your exams are second to none.
